Karl Markarian brings his passion for real estate and a wealth of knowledge and experience in sales and development, both locally and internationally, to JohnHart. He specializes in the marketing and sale of real estate throughout Los Angeles & Southern California. He is well respected for his wide range of expertise, from luxury residential homes to commercial property, investments and developments. Karl’s global experience provides him with a unique understanding of the industry that serves his clients well.
Holding an International Business degree from York University, Karl began his real estate career in Toronto, Canada in 2000. A few years later, he relocated to Dubai, where he went on to obtain his Broker’s license, continuing to represent a wide array of international clients and investors throughout the Gulf and European Union.
Fluent in four languages, including French, Farsi and Armenian, Karl has built an extensive portfolio of real estate investors across the globe. A consummate professional who enjoys working with people from various backgrounds, Karl continues to serve his clients with patience, leadership and positivity through every step of the transaction process. When not touring real estate, he enjoys traveling, fine wine, water sports and golf.
